iOS4 now available for the iPhone 3G, 3GS and 4
The new iPhone operating system (iOS4) has been released and is now available for download from iTunes. The new operating system offers a more stable user experience, limited multitasking and better email account management and handling (June 2010).
Update to Feng Shui Newsletter Manager software
Ocelot Solutions have released an update to the Feng Shui Newsletter Manager software, which was itself released last month. To download and install the update, simply use the 'Tools>Check for updates' option within the application. Don't forget to restart the application once the update has been downloaded and installed (June 2010).
Autumn development schedule taking shape
This week, Ocelot Solutions have reached an agreement to develop not one but FIVE iPhone/iPad applications, release a major update to TWO of our top-selling software applications and provide one of our major clients with a powerful productivity tool. Such projects, along with our existing work in progress and our planned website revamp mean that we're in for a busy late summer/autumn! (May 2010).
Five new iPhone/iPad app projects commissioned...
Ocelot Solutions can exclusively announce that a project to develop not one, but FIVE new iPhone/iPad apps has been confirmed.
The new apps are all due for completion by the end of June 2010 (May 2010).
Dadbrook Gallery to benefit from two software solutions
Ocelot Solutions are proud to announce that they have agreed to provide two new software solutions to the Dadbrook Gallery as part of an overhaul of their business operations. Gallery manager Gemma Kingsbury expressed her excitement at the prospect of the new software which will assist their sales ordering, invoicing and stock control processes. The new software is targetted for delivery to the Gallery during June 2010 (May 2010).
New look Ocelot Solutions web site
Ocelot Solutions can exculsively announce that this web site will be getting a bit of a facelift in July 2010. The revamp builds on the current style that was introduced at the end of 2009, but introduces some new and exciting features that we're sure you'll love (May 2010).
Spring/Summer progress report
Following a rush of commissioned projects in the first quarter of 2010, the more eagle-eyed amongst you have noticed that there's not much to look at in terms of results! Well, just hang on a little while longer. Several exciting projects are approaching completion. Suffice to say, we're working hard (as ever) and will be unveiling completed projects as they happen. Following a meeting with the Feng Shui Store in late May 2010, we are proud to announce that autumn 2010 will see the release of a brand new piece of Feng Shui software. More meetings are planned to firm up on the details of the project, but watch this space for more news (May 2010).

Ocelot Solutions launch CAPTCHA integration for spamming protection on client web sites...
Ocelot Solutions are proud to announce that as of April 2010, CAPTCHA functionality is now standard within all client web site projects. CAPTCHA is the graphical representation of a randomly generated sequence of numbers and/or letters and prevents automated scripts from filling clients web site 'Contact us' forms and generating spam (or junk) email. The roll-out began with the new Graydon Music Management web site (April 2010).

The brand new Graydon Music Management web site is now live. Graydon Music Management are a newly launched music management company, run by Ken Graydon, former manager of Robin Gibb (of the Bee Gees). The new site launched on 15th April 2010 (April 2010).

The end of 2009 and the beginning of 2010 has seen Ocelot Solutions release THREE brand new software titles for the Feng Shui Store. In the later development stages, we incorporated a Windows 7 test schedule to ensure the software worked in Microsoft's new environment.
We are pleased to announce that all of the 2009-onwards titles passed the testing with flying colours. |

In its fledgling year, the approach saved us over 1,000 miles and saved our clients over £450.
We re-use all packaging whenever possible and we are always seeking new methods of reducing our carbon footprint. |

2009 saw us smash the previous years total with a whopping 7,000+ miles saved through our remote support strategy. In 2008, we trimmed over 1,000 miles from our client visits by implementing the same policy.
To date in 2010, the same policy has already resulted in a saving of over 2,800 miles, meaning that we already have 2009's record in our sights. |
