	What method should I use? We prefer to deal with general queries (such as non-critical support issues, information requests, etc) via email using the form below. If you require a web site design quotation, the best option is to submit some basic information using the Web design enquiry form. If you wish to book a remote support session or wish to make an appointment for us to visit you, it is best to use the mobile number (07720 399834). If you have an urgent issue, it is best to text the mobile number, as we may be in meetings or talking with other clients. Rest assured that WE WILL RETURN YOUR CALL just as soon as we can. If I contact you, when will I get a response? It depends on the nature of your request. We require our clients to appreciate that they may not be the only ones requiring our assistance. If your request is of a non-urgent nature, we will normally deal with that when we have some free time. If you have an ongoing urgent issue that we are aware of or indeed are working on, that will take priority. What is your policy on answering the telephone?
